Askable Adult Training for Youth Workers and Frontline Staff

This workshop is designed to help frontline staff and youth workers become more “askable”: trusted, non-judgmental adults who can respond to tough questions with confidence, care, and accurate information.

Staff will Leave this workshop:

• With more confidence in talking about sex, sexuality, and identity

• A deeper understanding of their personal boundaries and biases when it comes to these topics

• With a resource kit that they can use to refer youth to inclusive, evidence-based resources.

• With experience responding to tricky real-world scenarios
